Bimini Medical does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Bimini Medical cc will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt. For hygienic reasons, to ensure the purity of our products we do not accept returns on opened or used merchandise. ‘Gift with Purchase’ items must be sent back unused and unopened with your returning items in order for a full refund to be processed. You must contact us for any items that need to be returned. Returns that are not authorized may experience delays in processing. Returns that are received with proper authorization will be refunded within 7-10 business days of receipt. The refund will be processed to the same credit card, or bank account that was used to pay for the order, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from Bimini Medical cc for your records. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of carrier damage or an error by Bimini Medical cc.
Damaged in Transit: We take extreme care to ensure the goods are packaged securely to arrive in excellent condition. Any claims for carrier damaged items must be submitted to us within 7 business days after receipt of your delivery. To ensure a prompt resolution to your situation, please return the box, packing materials, and the damaged items to Bimini Medical cc. Any refund or re-ship will be processed following inspection of the product.
Allergic Reactions: MATRISKIN products should always be used as directed on the label, but in the extreme case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact us to speak to one of our skin therapists (no later than 14 days from purchase date). If our skin therapist identifies that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will refund the product. After all, we’re here to help you achieve happy skin!
Incorrectly Ordered Items: Accidents happen and we will accommodate you as best as possible. If you have incorrectly ordered an item, please call us to let us know. The product will need to be returned and received by us in pristine condition, unopened, unused and the packaging not damaged in anyway. All shipping charges for the product/s returned to us and replacement products sent out are the responsibility of the customer.
Cancellation of orders
Orders placed may be cancelled at anytime prior to payment. Should payment be received the order may only cancelled and subject to the following fees:
1. Prior to payment – 0%
2. Prior to shipment but after having made payment – 20%
3. After packing, shipment and return to Bimini Medical (packaged unopened) – 30% plus shipping costs.
4. After the package is delivered by the shippers – no cancellation.
Should an item be out of stock for more than 7 days from the date of placement of an order, Bimini Medical will inform the client and the client will have the following options:
1. To wait until the product becomes available and in stock again. Bimini Medical will ship outstanding “Free of charge” to the client.
2. To cancel the item and have the cost of the item either credited to the clients account or have the cost of the item refunded into the clients banking account.
3. Credit/Debit Card refunds and reversals are not allowed due to the high cost of the banking charges. We make all refunds into a client checking or savings account.
4. Should a purchased item be discontinued then client may opt to purchase another similar product or have the product refunded into the clients account or banking account.
Bimini Medical uses Skynet Courier Services and SAPO (South African Post office) to ship your parcels, Bimini Medical will replace any parcel that is not delivered i.e. that has gone missing (Only within South Africa territory). Parcel tracking numbers are e-mailed to you once the parcel has been shipped with further instructions regarding the delivery if required:
Bimini Medical is not responsible for late deliveries nor does Bimini Medical Guarantee delivery dates or times, as the cause may be out Bimini Medical’s hands, these causes are normally due to incorrect address supplied, delivery vehicle failure, strikes, etc.
Bimini Medical offers all clients a 5% loyalty discount. The 5% loyalty discount is credited to the clients store account after the item has been shipped. This loyalty discount s redeemable as a store credit the next time the client purchases from Bimini Medical.
Gift Certificates may only be used to purchase merchandise and cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
Returning Orders Paid by Gift Certificates
An online store credit will be issued to the gift recipient for the full amount of the merchandise return. Bimini Medical does not offer exchanges or cash refunds for Gift Certificate purchases. Any funds charged to a credit card will be reimbursed to the client’s cheque or savings account.
Store credits obtained by customers for whatsoever reason may not be exchange for cash, and may be used to purchase goods from Bimini Medical only.
Limitation of Liability
Bimini Medical shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Bimini Medical has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
In the event that a Bimini Medical product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or a product’s specifications are incorrectly advertised, Bimini Medical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Bimini Medical reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Bimini Medical shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Bimini Medical without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
Bimini Medical may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to Bimini Medical.
Your use of this site shall be governed in all respects by local, state and federal laws, without regard to choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 U.N. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the site (including but not limited to the purchase of Bimini Medical products) must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. Bimini Medical’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these terms and conditions. Bimini Medical may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
Use of Site
Harassment in any manner or form on the site, including via e-mail, chat, or by use of obscene or abusive language, is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Bimini Medical or other licensed employee, host, or representative, as well as other members or visitors on the site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
